02 Aug Celebrating 50 Years of RMHC!

Ronald McDonald House Charities of Charleston team joined 1,700 people from over 200 Chapters across 58 countries in Chicago in July at the RMHC International Conference. This annual event brings like-minded individuals together to foster collaboration, innovation, and inspiration among the RMHC family.

Throughout the conference, our team engaged in insightful sessions with industry leaders on best practices, fundraising strategies, and innovative approaches to enhancing the support we provide to families. We were also thrilled to connect with other chapters, share our experiences, and learn from the successes of our peers.

One of the highlights was hearing from keynote speakers who reminded us of the profound impact our work has on families during their most challenging times. We returned home with a renewed sense of purpose and many new ideas that we’re excited to implement at RMHC Charleston.

Attending the conference reinforced our commitment to our mission and reminded us that, together, we can continue to make a difference in the lives of the families we serve. We’re grateful for the opportunity to be part of this global community and look forward to bringing the best of what we learned back to Charleston.
