10 May AirBox + Hailie Deegan Give the Gift of Clean Air

Ronald McDonald House Charities is proud to partner with AirBox and NASCAR Xfinity Series Driver, Hailie Deegan, to provide clean air to the children staying in our House with complex medical needs. AirBox is the leading provider of innovative indoor air quality solutions and in April, donated and outfitted 26 new air purifiers in our rooms. Their team along with Hailie, spent the afternoon meeting with current and former families staying at RMHC Charleston.

To highlight the partnership, Ronald McDonald House Charities of Charleston will be featured on AirBox’s sponsored #15 NASCAR Xfinity Series Ford Mustang driven by Hailie Deegan during the Darlington race on May 11, 2024. Hailie teamed up with AirBox to deliver the fleet of purifiers because she shares the same core belief that every sick child deserves the best chance at winning their race to health.

“Children that have complex medical conditions commonly have compromised immune systems, so clean air is extremely important to this very vulnerable population,” said RMHC Charleston’s CEO Kathy ‘KP’ Papadimitriou, “We can’t thank AirBox enough for providing these air purifiers.” It’s such a blessing to know that our families will have a safe, clean, and healthy environment that allows them to continue to visit their children during in-patient stays at the hospital.
